  • 180 grams Klein Karoo Ostrich Biltong
  • 1 Bottle Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Batch of Salad Ingredients of Your Choice
  • 1 Bottle of Salad Dressing of Your Choice

Directions

Method:

  1. Marinate ostrich biltong overnight in Balsamic vinegar.
  2. Allow 30 g biltong per persoon.
  3. Decorate platter with salad ingredients.
  4. Arrange marinated biltong on top and serve.
